The Villa is equipped with a power acumulator that supplies energy for most appliances, lamps and security lights during black outs, not unfrequented in the area, and it gives about 8 hours of electrical autonomy.
The house is connected to cable tv service providing a number of Americans, European and Dominican channels.The villa is equipped with a state of the art electronic alarm system which can be activated by the guest in order to give you extra protection and security in the night hours.Included in the price is a service of cleaning before and after the stay plus three times a week cleaning during the stay, also included in the price there is a night guard service.
